Hormones and metabolism play a large role in your body weight. We believe weight loss should be achieved and maintained by finding hormonal and metabolic “blocks” that slow or stop you from losing weight. Testing is also done by Dr. Sarver to see what foods your body does not metabolize effectively and follow-up coaching is done to help you know what positive food choices can be introduced into your diet.
